terms / Condition

  ✿ GENERAL TERMS:  
✿ DO NOT use my artwork for NFTs or AI training in any form. This includes commissioned, existing, or future artwork.✿ Deadlines must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.✿If you need separated layers for animation purposes, please inform us in advance. This will incur additional charges (+30% of total price).✿ Important
● Existing OCs and characters ONLY. Please refer to my character design commissions if you'd like me to design a character for you from scratch.✿ For NSFW commissions, please contact in private.  ✿ PAYMENT TERMS:  
✿ Upfront payment of 50%. You will pay the remainder before I finish the piece.✿ All payments are in USD ($).✿ We accept payment via PayPal, VGen, Canadian banking/ E-Transfer, or Vietnamese Banking.✿ The client must cover the transaction fee depending on your selected method of payment.✿ No refunds after the sketch phase.  ✿ COMMERCIAL USE LICENSING:  
• Twitch/YT +50% total price
• Advertising/Promotional uses (ads banners, thumbnail) +100% total price (case-by-case)
• Merch/Print +200% total price
• Resale +200% total price
• Game/Visual Novel Min. +100%–200% total (case-by-case)

✿ If you'd like the artwork to remain private, a privacy fee will be charged (40%).  ✿ PERSONAL COMMISSION:  ✿ You'll receive 2 version of the artwork, one watermarked and one without a watermark.✿ Do not edit, trace, copy, crop, or remove the watermark from the final image.✿ We reserve the rights to post it on our social media and use it in our portfolio. We will post the watermarked version and add a note that the commission belongs to you.✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to :
● Post the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
● Print the artwork, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.✿Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to :
● Use it for commercial purposes unless you have paid commercial fees.
● Resell the artwork

WORKFLOW

  ✿ TIMELINE:  ✿ Delivery within 2-3 months of first payment (50%).✿ Deadlines before 2 months will incur a rush fee.✿ Rush orders are available for an additional fee (30%).✿ Deadlines must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.  ✿ REVISIONS:  ✿ Open to feedback or revisions at sketch, lineart, and base color phase. (See details in each step)✿ Free minor fixes if any character details differ from your reference.✿ Revisions after the base color stage will incur an additional charge of $5–$15.✿ Requests for larger changes such as changing the entire pose, background, character, or big element that affects the overall composition will have different pricing (case-by-case).  ✿ WORKFLOW:  Step 1: Submission
Send us your brief! Please include at least 3 photo or visual references and any details you feel are important.
If you’re not sure what you want, we can help decide what will look best.
Once we’ve discussed the commission details, we’ll provide a price quote.Step 2: Invoice
A 50% upfront payment is required before we begin the sketch phase.
Payment options:
• Discord / X / Facebook / Email → You’ll receive a PayPal invoice.
• VGen → Payments are processed directly through the VGen platform.Step 3: Base Sketch
You’ll receive a rough sketch and can request major changes at this stage.
If you haven’t chosen a pose yet, we’ll provide two composition options for you to pick from.Step 4: Line Art
Open to major feedback or revisions at this stage.Step 5: Base Color
Open to minor feedback or color adjustments.Step 6: Rendering
Open to minor feedback.
We’ll gladly make free minor fixes if any character details differ from your reference.
However, major revision requests during this stage will incur a $5–15 fee per change.Step 7: Delivery
You’ll receive a Google Drive link with your final artwork!
We’ll keep the file available for 2 weeks in case you need any small tweaks.
After that, we can’t guarantee the file will remain stored.

✿ VTube model prices do not include rigging fees.
✿ Base Price includes a PSD file ready for rigging (with separated layers).
✿ Pricing does not include rigging - this is artwork only.
✿ Additional expressions (e.g., blink, happy, angry, etc.) are charged per item.
