terms / Condition

  ✿ GENERAL TERMS:  
✿ DO NOT use our artwork for NFTs or AI training in any form. This includes commissioned, existing, or future artwork.✿ Deadlines must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.✿If you need separated layers for animation purposes, please inform us in advance. This will incur additional charges (+30% of total price).✿ All unselected composition sketches created during the sketching phase remain the full intellectual property of the artist. We reserves the right to reuse, modify, adapt, or resell these unused composition ideas in any form, including but not limited to personal works, commercial projects, and other commissions for different clients.✿ Important
● Existing OCs and characters ONLY. Please refer to our character design commissions if you'd like us to design a character for you from scratch.✿ For NSFW commissions, please contact in private.  ✿ PAYMENT TERMS:  
✿ Upfront payment of 50%. You will pay the remainder before we finish the piece.✿ All payments are in USD ($).✿ We accept payment via PayPal, VGen, Kofi, Canadian banking/ E-Transfer, or Vietnamese Banking.✿ The client must cover the transaction fee depending on your selected method of payment.✿ Please do not send payments in multiple small transfers for commissions under $1000. We only accept 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion of the commission.✿ No refunds after the sketch phase.  ✿ COMMERCIAL USE LICENSING:  
• Twitch/YT +50% total price
• Advertising/Promotional uses (ads banners, thumbnail) +100% total price (case-by-case)
• Merch/Print +200% total price
• Resale +200% total price
• Game/Visual Novel Min. +100%–200% total (case-by-case)

✿ If you'd like the artwork to remain private, a privacy fee will be charged (40%).✿ If you are unsure which commercial usage rights you need to purchase in order to use the artwork commercially, please discuss with us before proceeding.✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to :
● Post the artwork to promote themselves/ company/ project.
● Print and use the artwork only for the commercial purpose that was previously discussed and paid for, and retain rights to their original character(s).✿Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to :
● Use the artwork for any commercial purpose other than what was agreed upon and paid for.
● Resell the artwork (resale price must not exceed the original price paid) / Modify or alter the artwork / Trace / Use it for AI training or generation purposes.  ✿ PERSONAL COMMISSION:  ✿ You'll receive 2 version of the artwork, one watermarked and one without a watermark.✿ Do not edit, trace, copy, crop, or remove the watermark from the final image.✿ We reserve the rights to post it on our social media and use it in our portfolio. We will post the watermarked version and add a note that the commission belongs to you.✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to :
● Post the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
● Print the artwork (for non-commercial use only), and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.✿Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to :
● Use it for commercial purposes.
● Resell the artwork (resale price must not be higher than the original price paid)/ Modify or alter the artwork/ Trace/ Use it for AI training/generation purposes.

WORKFLOW

  ✿ TIMELINE:  
✿ Turnaround time: 3-4 weeks (Color Sketch Headshot type)✿ Delivery within 2-4 months of first payment (50%), depending on complexity and current commission queue.✿ Deadlines before 2 months will incur a rush fee.✿ Rush orders are available for an additional fee (30%).✿ Deadlines must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.  ✿ REVISIONS:  ✿ Open to feedback or revisions at detailed sketch phase. (See details in each step)✿ Free minor fixes if any character details differ from your reference.✿ Revisions from line art and base color stage will incur an additional charge of $5–$15 per change (case-by-case).✿ Requests for larger changes such as changing the entire pose, background, character, or big element that affects the overall composition will have different pricing (case-by-case).✿ Once the base color and lineart phase is completed, the commission is considered 50% finished, and no further changes to the selected composition option will be accepted at this stage.If you request a change to a different composition after the sketch approval phase, it will be treated as a new commission. In this case, the initial 50% payment for the original concept is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new commission.  ✿ WORKFLOW:  Step 1: Submission
Send us your brief! Please include at least 3 photo or visual references and any details you feel are important.
If you’re not sure what you want, we can help decide what will look best.
Once we’ve discussed the commission details, we’ll provide a price quote.Step 2: Invoice
A 50% upfront payment is required before we begin the sketch phase.
Payment options:
• Discord / X / Facebook / Email → You’ll receive a PayPal invoice.
• VGen → Payments are processed directly through the VGen platform.Step 3: Base Sketch
You’ll receive a rough sketch and can request major changes at this stage.
If you haven’t chosen a pose yet, we’ll provide two composition options for you to pick from. Open to major feedback or revisions at this stage.Step 4: Line Art
Open to minor feedback or revisions at this stage. We’ll gladly make free fixes if any character details differ from your reference. Please note that an additional fee of $5–$15 per change may apply if the revisions impact the overall composition, pose, or angle (case-by-case).Step 5: Base Color
Open to minor feedback or color adjustments. We’ll gladly make free fixes if any character details differ from your reference. Please note that an additional fee of $5–$15 per change may apply if the revisions impact the overall composition, pose, or angle (case-by-case).Step 6: Rendering
Open to minor feedback.
We’ll gladly make free minor fixes if any character details differ from your reference.
However, major revision requests during this stage will incur a $5–15 fee per change.Step 7: Delivery
You’ll receive a Google Drive link with your final artwork!
We’ll keep the file available for 2 weeks in case you need any small tweaks.
After that, we can’t guarantee the file will remain stored.
